Ennis Ford’s mobile service was very convenient. They did an oil change and recall update on my Raptor, and everything went well except the technician forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine. Luckily, I noticed it. Overall good service, but they definitely need to double-check their work.

BUYER BEWARD. I got on the Ford reservation list for the 2022 Ford F150 Lighting. Ford assigned this dealership to me based on my zip code. Ennis Ford did nothing to get this truck for me. The truck came in and Ennis Ford charged me above the MSRP. " Ford said in a letter to dealers. So I took a 2018 Mint 11000 mile Platinum F150 in because my wrench light was on. The service writer told me they would look at it and could take a month.He called and told me it was a Transmission fuel pump and they would have to order it. Not a problem! Took about two weeks I had gone to Ennis because of my experience with Mack Haik and Waxahachie horrible. I was told this dealer was exceptional. I found the F-150 King Ranch truck from their website and called, speaking with a Greg Wilborn. Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had the keys on his desk, truck pulled up front when I arrived. We started the negotiations dance and finally settled on a great price for their truck and my trade-in. In all very smooth process and I highly recommend Greg and Ennis Ford. In fact a friend of mine that I referred bought a new F-250. Have not had to use their service department so I can not speak of their work...
I found the Ford Expedition I had been looking for online. It was at the Ennis Ford Dealership in Ennis, TX. Jim Brown is the internet dealer and he was so personable and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us, vehicle was parked out front, clean and ready to test drive.
